The important thing is to stay on track and invest in bank foreclosures that are within your budget or price range.

Have a loan in place. Before you even start bidding on a particular foreclosure property make sure that you have a mortgage lender in place or at hand, so that if you win the bid then you can pay the entire amount within the specified period of time.
